Service Terms
To order any Sketchamon merchandise, you must accept the Terms & Conditions that regulate the process. These terms aim to inform the customer of the purchase conditions and the use of the personal data submitted. Sketchamon exercises the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice, so it is advisable that the customer periodically review them.
Product and Price Information
Sketchamon will inform customers about the products it offers clearly, through description and images, so that it is clear what the customer will buy. Both the products and the prices shown are subject to change at any time without notice, as are discounts and promotions.
The products are produced by external suppliers, so there may be unforeseen events and changes in supplier and distribution without prior notice. The prices displayed on the website do not include shipping costs, as this varies depending on the quantities and types of products selected - shipping costs will be informed after the initial order request.
Payment methods
Sketchamon only accepts payment via Paypal or MbWay transfer. The necessary payment details will be sent to the customer after their initial order request.
The order is only effective and being processed after confirmation of payment in full.
Shipping Information
Depending on the product and supplier, shipping methods may change or have different prices. As a rule, the customer can choose to send it by regular mail (without tracking) or by mail with tracking to the address designated by the customer. Sketchamon is not responsible for any mistake in the address provided by the customer, loss of the order or damage to it during transportation
Exchanges and Returns
Products are made to order (Print-on-Demand) considering the customer's request, and for this reason exchanges or returns are not accepted, with the following exceptions:
- If the product comes with original printing/execution errors;
- If there is stock available to exchange (for example, T-Shirt size);
- If the customer covers the return and delivery costs of the new order;
Personal data
To evaluate the initial order request and its total cost (including postage), the customer is asked to provide their name, contact form (e-mail) and place of residence. This information will only be used to respond to the request. and calculate the appropriate shipping costs, and the data will not be used for any other purpose except if the customer requests to subscribe to Sketchamon Marketing Newsletters.
To send orders, the customer will also be asked for their First and Last Name, Full Address and Telephone Number. This data will not be used or shared for any purpose other than this.
Intellectual property
The Sketchamon franchise is the intellectual property of Kryator, owner of the Sketchamon website and social media. Some illustrated Sketchamons monsters are intellectual property shared with André Pereira or Bruno Justa. All content and images are protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced, copied and/or disseminated without the express permission of the authors.
